you must have ur nokia pc suite installed. Connect your phone via bluetooth or usb cable to your pc via pc suite.
Manually configure ur onetouch access settings with the appropriate APN.For smart, use "internet" or "smart1". For globe, use "http.globe.com.ph" or "www.globe.com.ph"
config your browser's server settings. Use any free proxy/ip and corresponding port. For globe, you can use any working magic ip@port80. See trix for smart ips.
If you use ip tricks a freesite for bookmark/homepage is a must, not unless you have magic ips ...
